App removed – end of life
Pondlink WIFI models were discontinued during 2024 and latest hardware features implemented in our semi-automatic Bioclear XL Pro models.
WIFI Hardware is no longer supported in a number of new routers and data transfers.
We will keep server running as long as possible, but it will no longer be updated.
You can continue to activate cleaning function by pressing the “Clean button” on the filter.
Conversion kit for models 40000 and 80000 available – this is provided in canister to keep vital parts frost free during winter and just cover empty filter outside.
Product no. 40268 > Semi-automatic Bioclear XL Pro (valve activated motor)
Product no. 40869 > Manual Bioclear XL Pro (handle)
New filter models are under development.
Pondlink feeder
As this responds to power on/of it can be operated by any smart plug (almost all) supporting smart functions.
You just need to set up: Start time and run for “the number of seconds required to feed Your fish”.
This mean that You can run it from any of the smart home automation systems You already have on Your mobile phone.

Please make sure that You have a good WIFI connection in general – but especially when upgrading firmware for the filter. First WIFI setup recommended close to Your Router.

Depending on Your filter version we might not be able to transfer Your data to the new server.
If You experience that Your filter is not working – please complete the registration and setup of Your filter again

Important information.
We just released the latest IOS App (3.6.2) performing an automatic update of the firmware in Your filter – changing to our new server for better performance and data protection.
If You experience that the connection to Your filter is not working – please complete the registration and setup of Your filter again – then You should be ok set up on our new server.
Once the firmware is upgraded old versions of the App cannot connect anymore – but needs to be updated.
Android version is in progress and will be released as soon as tested ok.
