It is a basic requirement to use the App and automatic functions of Your filter to have WIFI

Please note we do not support network questions, as this is relating to Your local installation
– please consult Your vendor of Your WIFI equipment.

We have however made a selection of the most common questions and solutions in the menu to the left as a supplement to Your manual.

Make sure that the filter is cleaned regular and well maintained. Issues caused by to high working pressure is not covered by the warranty.
DO NOT tamper with or access electric components/sections of the filter.

This is dangerous and will invalidate the warranty. This should only be done by a qualified professional.
