Support tickets only relating to WIFI issues.
Please make sure that You have good WIFI connection in general – but specially when upgrading firmware for the filter. First WIFI setup recommended close to Your Router.

We just released latest IOS App (3.6.2) performing an automatic update of the firmware in Your filter – changing to our new server for better performance and data protection.
If You experience that the connection to Your filter is not working – please complete the registration and setup of Your filter again – then You should be ok set up on our new server.
Once firmware is upgraded old versions of the App cannot connect anymore – but needs to be updated.
Android version is in progress and will be released as soon as tested ok.

Depending on Your filter version we might not be able to transfer Your data to the new server.
If You experience that Your filter is not working – please complete the registration and setup of Your filter again
